Meet Chili Chocolate Crunch — a limited-edition spicy-and-sweet chocolate bar.
We collaborated with our friends at Raaka Chocolate — a New York based chocolatier known for transparently traded, single-origin unroasted dark chocolate — to infuse the flavors of our spicy-crunchy chili oil in Raaka’s small batch chocolate.
We melded their fruit-forward dark chocolate with Mexican chilis and garlic to achieve the savory, spicy, and slightly sweet flavors Momofuku Goods Chili Crunch is known for. Then we filled it with crispy puffed quinoa to punch up the crunch, and topped it off with pink sea salt and sesame seeds for additional texture.
